Really extremely pleased. TurboPACS have just replaced the turbo on my 2005 Jeep Cherokee - it's completely transformed - it's got it's life back! And while not exactly cheap at 1.1K it was approximately 50% what I was quoted by the main dealership for the work.

I've used Marc at turbo pacs since 1992 from when he was 1st starting up in business back in the day in Horden co.durham and have seen his business grow from strength to strength. The days of being a car mechanic/tuner have long gone and I have to say that being in the trade myself with my testing station (Granville motors)Marc has definitely had this in mind and continues to go with technology and development with his company response remapping services and further on with his latest adventure dragon motorbikes proving that you need to be a computing genius,technician as well as a diagnostic wizard. 1st class service reliable advice at a reasonable price.

Well what can I say. Marc Dellapina and patrizio have worked wonders on the mighty bmw r1200gsa When I bought it I added decat headers, akraprovick exhaust and a power commander 5. I always knew it needed set up properly due to a few flat spots here and there. A few power runs on the turbo pacs dyno proved that although it was already making great power, correct mapping would improve things. 2 days later I now have a perfectly dialled in bike. Patrizio has followed my request to carry out multi point mapping on each individual cylinder. It's more time taking, but the lads persevered and got it bang on. The results, I can't remember what the exact figures were but max power is now up by around 7bhp, torque is up by 15ft-lbs. doesn't sound a lot but I can assure you it feels it. More power throughout the Rev range and no flat spots. The pick up in top gear from 50mph to 70mph and beyond is just immense Well done lads. Thumbs up from me. 👍

Hi Marc Hoping you are fine-and-dandy? Just getting back to you, after returning to Nottingham last night...basically: it’s all good! As I drove away from your Unit, it was immediately obvious that the car had been transformed. Whereas, there had always been a dead-band between 20-40mph, the vehicle seamlessly accelerated, for the first time. Once getting on to the A1, is was as if the Propulsion System had been exchanged. I had driven up to you, in an underpowered diesel and was now returning home with a Gas Turbine. It was a struggle to keep the car below 60mph, in view of having the Bike and Trailer on the back. Additionally, I was registering in excess of 25mpg on the info display, which I’ve never seen before. In conclusion: what a transformation! Thanks to you and your excellent mechanics the job is a huge success. When I give it a run without the Trailer-I’ll let you know the results. Thanks again, for a top-notch set of Upgrades. Asked for a turbocharger for a metro to be fixed / serviced. Was concerned that they might not ... Very happy to report - the price was better than fair, considering I was treated to a Brand New turbo which was still in its new packet. Could not have bought one anywhere at the price Very impressed! The boys took all the bits off the old one and handed them over in 20 minutes It is difficult to take expensive gear to an official business to trust and hope. I now have no hesitation in recommending these guys.

Thanks for a great day and your generous hospitality, it really does make a huge difference compared to the many faceless companies out there.. The car feels "alive" its like 6th gear has become 5th gear, put your foot down in 6th and it accelerates like it did in 5th before the remap. No drama, no glitches, just smooth power. Just what I was looking for. I have not yet had a chance do give the remap a real twisting road test, yet, but I think its torque over horsepower that suits the MPS very well. I will give you my feedback over the next few weeks, if that is helpful for you. One strange thing I found is that the mpg is better with the remap than standard? (5mpg) Maybe a quirk, time will tell. Thanks Again Huge Grin Dale

I've been looking at the next stage on your website and am interested in the front mounted intercooler kit which you have on sale for ?899 +vat Please can you advise the following points:- 1) Total cost inc vat for supply and fitting to the car 2) How long will you need the car for? 3) Estimated power gains (You advised the remap currently runs around 298 BHP) 4) A recent rolling road stated turbo boost of 18 PSI. Mazda 6 MPS Got back yesterday from Response. Everything was fine with the stage 2 re-map. Mark was really helpful and because i had to drive up from the south he paid for a room and shouted me breakfast and teas/coffees. As for the re-map, yes you notice a difference, the pull in second, third and fourth is great. On the way back had no trouble when in six to ease the throttle and the car just got up and went. Mazda 6 MPS Marc, Many thanks for the Stage 2 conversion done last September. The car runs much smoother and its great to wind the BMW 335 Brigade on entry down a slip onto a motorway.! Delivery through the range is excellent and 3rd gear is a dream. The only down side is slightly worse fuel consumption, but that is to be expected given the increased performance. I am taking the beast to a local rolling road next Tuesday for a performance run. Will advise you once completed if you want a copy of the printout.  — Fiat 500 Abarth in Hong Kong

Installed a large turbo kit for a client here in Hong Kong for his Fiat Abarth, but turbo started to smoke a bit during the running in period. The supplier from Italy wasn't interested to help with the diagnosis or repair so we searched for a reputable specialist and found these guys in Durham online. We exchanged some communication and was advised to ship it to the UK for them to inspect. Mark and Dan at TurboPacs were always helpful and professional and even helped with clearing it through customs when it was held up. As we needed a fast turn around to get the clients car back on the road asap, we basically gave them a blank cheque and instructed them to fix whatever was needed. We were pleasantly surprised to have the unit on its way back to us within a few short days. Diagnosis, out of balance internals and nothing more. We were charged for the inspection and rebalance only and not a penny more. Thank you guys, you will be our no.1 source for all our turbo needs!!!

hi Marc. Phew........brilliant. At first, although there is much better pick up throttle seems to work across ALL of its travel, before first 1 - 2 inches was like taking up the slack, response is immediate. Where the noticeable difference is mid range in 3, 4, 5, 6th gears. Just basically SQUEEZE the throttle and instant response. Did this a couple of tines on A1 /A19 coming up to ''slower'' cars. They seemed to take ages to move but then I accelerated. The difference, looking at speedo was doing 15 - 20 mph more than before. Just was well i have gps speed camera warning on dash. From 40 mph upwards, no need to change down to get fast pick up. Think I'll have to play monopoly..... Is there a stage 3??? --. Brilliant......... My first enquiries go back to 29/09/10...... Marc Long time no speak!!! My apologies for that, as I have been meaning to write for quite some time now. It seems even more untimely as were now bedecked in snow! Anyway I must thank you for completely transforming my 748! Wow what a ride it is now, thank you thank you thank you! Even with me just running it in again, it turns quicker and wants to charge out of the corners much faster. Christmas descends on us quickly now, thus I simply have no time to bring the bike up to you. However I remember you saying that your van sometime heads down this way. Thus I was wondering if it was possible for you to come and collect it? I am in no rush, so please don’t break a leg, as it were to get here.
