Hybrid Turbos
Choosing the right turbo for a given application is no easy task. Many suppliers show compressor maps and turbine data for their turbos, and even though this may help the more experienced user, not everyone can easily determine the best turbocharger for their vehicle. Also, we recognise that not all customer requirements are the same and that is why we consider it best to look at each application individually. This way, we can ensure that we supply the right turbo for your vehicle and use.
Whether you want mild performance gains or substantial power and torque increases, we will work with you to source the right turbo and specification for the job. This may be a rebuilt and blue-printed version of your existing turbo, a hybrid version or a complete replacement with a new performance turbocharger. Since we have all the required technology in-house for turbocharger blue-printing, component design and fabrication, we can create one-off or short-run specials if you so wish. |

 |
Why Do They Fail ? Oil Contamination
95% of Turbo failures are caused by problems with oil starvation, well contamination or impact damage. All the bearing surfaces within a turbocharger float on a film of oil. It is essential that this does not contain contamination, and that the best oil is used. |

 |
Why Do They Fail ? Oil Leaks
Before you fit a new Turbo find out what caused the 1st unit to fail or you risk. The replacement failing to. An oil leak on a turbocharger can cause damage, premature wear to bearing surfaces, and ultimately failure. |

 |
Why Do They Fail ? Oil Stavation
Oil starvation is one of the most common causes of turbocharger failure, and the effects can be rather dramatic, and terminal. |
